Warranty

SellBlinds.com warrants to the original purchaser that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and as long as the product remains in the original window. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.

This warranty shall not apply to any of the parts that have failed due to accident, negligence, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper handling, installation, or maintenance. Failure to follow instructions for operating or installing the product, loss of color intensity due to exposure to the sun over a long time, exposure to salt air, or normal wear and tear shall not be covered by this warranty.

SellBlinds.com's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any parts or components that may prove defective in normal use within the life of the blind. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect any product or component prior to repair, replacement, or refunding of the purchase price. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for transportation costs to the factory. The manufacturer will not be liable for cost of removal or reinstallation of the product, or incidental damages. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace defective items.

To obtain service under this warranty, contact SellBlinds.com for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Do not return merchandise without first obtaining an RGA. The manufacturer will not be responsible for lost items due to the lack of an RGA. The original purchaser shall be responsible for the transportation cost of the product to the factory. The manufacturer will assume no responsibility for items lost or damaged due to shipping. The manufacturer will pay for shipping the product or replacement back to the original purchaser anywhere in the continental United States.

No agent, representative dealer, or unauthorized employee of SellBlinds.com or the manufacturer has the authority to increase or alter the obligation of this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to commercial orders or quantity quotes.

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors shown on our web site are accurate, actual colors
can vary slightly. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems.
Dye lots can vary on some blinds. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and CAN'T BE RETURNED,
you may wish to have a sample sent to you before ordering.
