Signature Arch extends this warranty to the original purchaser for as long as you own your home. Signature Arch warrants that the products are free of defects in materials and workmanship and will repair or replace any part of our arch found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service without charge to you.
This warranty is not applicable to problems caused by normal wear and tear. You must use the arch only for the window that it was originally installed in. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, and exposure to the elements, fire, flood, lightning or other acts of God. In no event will Signature Arch be liable for incidental or consequential damage. The state law where you reside determines the exclusion for incidental and consequential damages. This right changes from state to state.
Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product from to receive warranty service. We will promptly repair or replace any defective items. Shipping costs and installation costs are not covered under this warranty.
